3-year program with an opportunity to advance and receive a raise every 6 months as long as the following is fulfilled: 1. Come to work every day and on time 2. Attend class when scheduled 3. Turn in a Monthly Report every month – Keeping track of Hours.  Job description:  Outdoors work. Individuals will be required to work at heights with fall protection. The individual will be working with their hands and be required to be on their feet for the duration of the day.
