Pikes Peak Workforce Center Adult and Young Adult Job Fairs are productive, high-energy events providing businesses access to thousands of candidates. Adult job fairs are conducted biannually averaging 244 employers, 2,000 job seekers and representing over 5,400 regional jobs.  Young Adult job fairs, for ages 16-24, are held in Colorado Springs, Woodland Park and Cripple Creek each spring.

Assessments

Identify talent and verify candidate skills with no-cost access to Prove It! assessment software offering hundreds of skill assessments to choose from.  Conducted on-site in our technology labs, assessment services can also be used to evaluate and document the skillsets of incumbent staff.

Onsite Hiring Events
 
The Workforce Center hosted 254 tailored, onsite hiring events in 2015 and more than 115 by June 2016.  These events represented more than 6,000 positions and were attended by more than 4,000 qualified job seekers. More than 1,000 positions were offered with a 26.4 percent offer rate in 2015. Setting up an event is simple!  You choose the date, provide your skill requirements, specify assessment support desired, and we will organize, advertise and host your event to attract qualified candidates to meet your needs.
