This program is for active UI claimants and provides individual job search assistance and career Guidance. Participants will discuss and receive referrals to Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs and in-house training to improve their marketability and employment skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Must be active UI claimant
· Must need individual career guidance assistance
· Must need individual job search assistance
· Must be a resident of El Paso/Teller County
· Must be able to attend targeted workshops and networking groups
